3 противоречия
Английское contradiction в переводе сильно песню не испортит, но все же надо иметь в виду, что это существительное воспринимается прежде всего как производное от глагола to contradict, а его смысловая структура такова (по American Heritage Dictionary): 1. to assert the opposite of. 2. to deny the statement of и только как третье to be contrary or inconsistent with.Противоречия внутри администрации — лучше не contradictions differences/tensions/dissension in/within the administration.
Идеологические противоречия - здесь может подойти discord. Cр.: the philosophical discord that is becoming increasingly obvious in the current Bush administration (New York Times).
Расовые, национальные и конфессиональные противоречия углубляются во всем мире –- Racial, interethnic and interfaith conflicts/tensions are on the rise throughout the world.
